✨ What to Expect
If you missed May’s session, catch up in the May 2026 Meetup Recap →
June marks our first full meeting using the structure outlined in CRM’s proposed organizational charter: Community Assembly, Members’ Council, working group breakouts, and a closing circle.
We’ll open with Adam’s presentation on Reticulum — a general-purpose mesh protocol that sparked wide interest at the May meetup. Then we’ll move into organizational business: a LoRa Working Group progress report, continued charter discussion, and any additional items the membership wants to bring forward.
The evening closes with an open working group breakout and social time — a chance to collaborate face-to-face with the LoRa Working Group, start sketching ideas for new working groups, or simply connect with neighbors in the mesh.

📡 Reticulum: The General-Purpose Mesh
Presented by Adam
Reticulum brings together radio, mesh, and alternative network technologies to build a resilient general-purpose network. And you already have the technology to begin experimenting with it today.
Join the discussion and learn how Reticulum works, what sets it apart from other popular standards like Meshtastic and MeshCore, and how to get started using it.
No prior experience required — if you’ve got a LoRa radio or a Raspberry Pi gathering dust, this one’s for you.
🤝 Members’ Council
Following the break, we’ll move into organizational business.
The draft CRM charter is the first item on the agenda. The group walked away from May’s discussion with good questions and a live document open for comments — June is where we continue that conversation and work toward consensus. The LoRa Working Group will give a brief progress report, and the floor will be open for any additional items members want to bring forward.
If you’d like to add something to the agenda, reach out to events@capitalmesh.net ahead of time or raise it during the agenda review at the start of the meeting.
🛠️ Working Group Breakout & Social Time
After the Members’ Council, we’ll break into open working group time. Sit down with the LoRa Working Group, start sketching a proposal for a new working group — mapping, Reticulum, community outreach, whatever’s calling to you — or just hang out and talk shop. This might be the night a few new working groups start taking shape.
